Inline preformatted Code Box

Description:

Currently, there is a need to incorporate code formatting into the rich text editor.
This feature would allow users to add code snippets in various programming languages such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, Python, and Markdown directly within the text editor enhancing the user experience by allowing for easier formatting of code snippets within the text editor.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the rich text editor.

2. Create a snippet of code.

3. Notice the lack of formatting options for code.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The new button for code formatting is added to the rich text box as in the Quill.js demo.

• Clicking the button opens a preformatted coding box for creating formatted code snippets.
